These baked cheese crisps are very simple to make with just shredded Cheddar cheese for a crunchy, savory snack. You can make them with Parmesan, Asiago, or aged mozzarella, if you prefer. They're great for anyone on a keto, low-carb, grain-free, or gluten-free diet.
