Cheese Crisps

These baked cheese crisps are very simple to make with just shredded Cheddar cheese for a crunchy, savory snack. You can make them with Parmesan, Asiago, or aged mozzarella, if you prefer. They're great for anyone on a keto, low-carb, grain-free, or gluten-free diet.

  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Direction

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Shred generous amounts cheese.
  3. Arrange cheese in 24 small heaps on the prepared baking sheets.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 7 minutes. Cool for 5 to 10 minutes before removing from baking sheets.
